Over soup and fellowship, we celebrate the 2023 year of ministry and elect officers to lead us into the years coming up. This is an annual Methodist tradition.

On January 14th, 2023 Reno First Church celebrates more than 20 years of affirmation for our LGBTQIA+ community. Rev. Doug Monroe guided our church to become a reconciling congregation in April 2002. Pastor Doug returns to help us celebrate 20 years of ministry as a progressive community of faith.
