Sweet Vibrations Concert Series: Warriors, a Breast Cancer Awareness Concert

reNEW Music Ensemble presents a program that lifts up women and breast cancer survivors. The program features mezzo soprano Olga Perez Flora singing the words of Brett Van Hoesen set to music composed by her husband Jean Paul Perrotte. The centerpiece of the program describes the experience of cancer through the eyes of the patient, their spouse, and their friend. The remainder of the concert will be dedicated to female composers. Dr. Perez Flora will be joined in the performance by tenor James Flora, cellist Eileen Brownell, and pianist Aren Long.
Doors open at 6:30pm and donations are welcome! Parking in the garage on the corner of 1st and Sierra Streets is validated with a $1 donation.
